i over the last year or more have had frequent uti's,fatague, excessive thirst, excessive hunger.Also have had protein and sugar in my urine . I recently just found out that my grandpa's side died of diabetes and he has it. could it be possible that i have it

i have excessive urination
they found protein and sugar in my urine when i was like 10-12 but said it wasnt much
than again in november i had even more
no i didnt have further testing due to no insurance
i dont know my blood sugar
but my energy level has gone done excessively im always tired and feel weak
always thirty and hungry
my weight jump from 115 to 145 within one year and i havent been able to lose it no matter what i try. I have excessive migraines and my eyes hurt because of it
