im a diabetic, and i was diagnosed with kidney disease, now my foot and my leg up to my calf looks puffy and swelled, is this a sign of kidney failure plus i have a lot of urine out put

no my diabetes is not under control, a few years ago i was diagnosed with kidney disease, no pain in legs but a puffy look, swelling over the face? it doesnt look it but im not saying for sure
