I suffer from Reactive hypoglycemia and my fasting blood ...

I suffer from Reactive hypoglycemia and my fasting blood sugar since starting to exercise Thursday has gone up from about 100-105 to today at 115 could my sugars be stabling out and telling me that I am Type 2 Diabetic since my sugars have always been low.

But then why since I started to exercise my fasting blood sugar went up from 100 to 115 since I started working out

Although exercise is known to boost metabolism . Also associated dehydration and strenuos exercise has the the potential to raise the blood sugar levels but a single reading of 115 may not be confirmatory clue .
