I am post menoposal almost 3 years i have diabetes 23 years . Diabetes in pretty good control for a couple of days I have had pressure around my vagina and a feeling of pressure in that surrounding area. two days after te pressure started I had some vaginal bloody spotting. Should I be concerned?
