my 4yr old son has been healthy up to approx 12 wks

my 4yr old son has been healthy up to approx 12 wks ago. he had tonsilitis and antibiotics. since then he has been v tired and sweating on exertion and going pale. he has had bloods done and they show a slightly raised esr and white cell count. he has had lft,tft, and glandular fever test which are all ok. his urine has been tested for diabetes and is negative for glucose. im worried that it is heart related due to the pallor and sweaty moments on exertion. can you suggest anything...thanks very much..j
