Ashwandha and Noni juice both claim to be good antioxidants/blood purifiers. However, both are short of scientific studies. I have personally found that the two products can give patients more energy, and promote more regular bowel movements. Keep in mind that most people taking these supplements are following a very healthy high fiber diet, as well as exercising regularly.
To promote good GI health, I recomend a good probiotic from natural sources such as keffer yogurt. Keffer has the most good bacteria. If you are not lactose intolerant and can eat yogurt, a cup a day will help any tummy have good flora!
It is best to get our nutrients from food sources. Many people take too many supplements/nutritional products, and the body can't handle the dosages, and what happens is the body loses the excess supplement. Look into juice plus, it is in my opinion the best option for having a healthy body overall, and the product has been scientifically validated. http://www.juiceplus.com
