Forgive me for answering with websites, but there is so much information. I thought it would be easier for you to be able to read in depth about this.

Jen being the Conception Vessel.

Yang are invole you digestive areas.

Nei Guan is often used for relief of nauesa.

Putting pressure on what Chinese medicine experts call the "P6 Nei Guan" nerve located on the underside of the arm about 2 inches above the wrist, can help reduce morning sickness. Stimulate it by putting the pressure on using two fingers or the thumb of your opposite hand.

   Hope this helps.

May I Pick your brain? I had 6 ECT treatments last one a week ago. I read a brief article regarding pressure points specifically the 3 nerves mentioned. I was hoping to find exactly where they are located and how I can self administer. The article referres to this as the "Triple Burner" Acupressure helped to regulate the Jen Mo vessel, a way to honor the topology of ECT. The Yang Wei Mo vessel was regaulated to aid in reducing neck&shoulder tention (with local points). Nei Guan was used to treat hyper vigilance. The triple warmer was rebalanced (ECT puts too much chi in the upper burner.)Any help? This is what I am looking for.

I sure would have liked to know about the P^ Nei Guan 25 years ago. I was so sick.

Well Fitz, there are 671 points and we want to pick out a few to help.

I would like to know as what you are trying to change in your body? PTD? Headaches?

I would like to add that there are reasons why we have someone else provide this treatment. There is the positive energy the other person transfers to you while being treated.

you may private email me if you do not want to share this information publically.
