My advice would be to miss the withdrawal period and go straight onto the next pack of pills. This will stop your levels from dropping too low and ensure that contraceptive protection is maintained.
If you do this then you will not have a bleed but for one month this will do no harm.
If it is too late to go onto the next pack then use additional precautions (condom) for two weeks after starting your next pack. This will ensure that you are not at risk of unwanted pregnancy.
