How long a while? Days? Weeks? Months?
Certain times of the day? This could be caused by any number of things.

I really am not sure how long. I think at least for the last two months. I notice it especially in the morning when I put on my makeup. When I finish my exercise in the morning and I am standing at the sink brushing my teeth I can feel that my legs are shakey. I don't have a heavy exercise routine. Just a few little exercises including some stretching.

Stress can manefest itself in many forms, one is impeding the digestive process or the absorbtion of nutrients.
You sound concerned, which tells me it is affecting your average daily lifestyle. It would be prudent to have a workup done on your blood to see if there may be the answer.
Some times the blood sugar can dip, so try a glass of juice when you feel these symptoms and see if that helps.
Everyone reacts to stress differently. It is necessary to find a way to cope with it. Are you sure you aren't too hard on yourself?
I may be completely off base here, but stress was the first thing you mentioned. It sounds like you have it pretty together. Hope this helps.
