my husband started feeling ill after eating a fastfood ...

my husband started feeling ill after eating a fastfood burger last night. His stomach was upset most of the night, although he didnt actually throw up until late this morning. He only threw up the one time and actually made it through his work day. When he returned from work I noticed that he looked slighty yellow, even a little bit in the whites of his eyes. He noticed this too, and added that his urine is unusally dark yellow.
He has no temperature, and is complaining of no symptoms other then feeling "blah".
Does this sound like typical food poisening? or should we be highly concerned?
