If there is no blood or black secretion then there may not be any cause for concern at this point. Especially if you are having no signs of abdominal pain either. This can be caused from a virus that has not shown any other symptoms, or even a parasite or bacteria which can be found in foods and your water supply. If it continues it can be a sign of a problem with your colon not allowing the food to pass at a normal rate through your digestive tract so you do need to keep an eye on this and should it continue you would want to have it further evaluated. You can try a bland diet to help with the looser stools with things such as cooked rice and boiled chicken. Use pasterized dairy products, avoid raw foods and unless they can be peeled and you peel them yourself. A good anti-diarrheal can be a help too such as Pepto-Bismol but should it continue you might need an antibiotic regiment for the bacterial virus or parasite causing the looser stools so monitor it for now while following these tips and should it continue please be seen for further evaluation.
