There are a couple of things you can try to see what helps,
Peppermint capsules and peppermint tea. Peppermint is a natural antispasmodic and will also dissipate wind. The tea is not so strong but when taken after meals will help digestion.
Mebeverine 135mg three times daily is another antispasmodic which is often helpful for digestive related problems.
Charcoal biscuits and charcoal tablets are good at absorbing excess wind however they have the alarming side effect of turning the stool black.
Ranitidine 150mg twice a day will reduce acid production and this can have a beneficial effect of reducing wind.
Finally dimethicone tablets will also break up wind and reduce bloating.
If it is occuring nightly, then my suggestion is that it is related to meals. A detailed analysis with a dietitian or food intolerance specialist may come up with some problem foods but most commonly these sorts of symptoms are seen with beans, green vegetables and onions.
