There is a nasty stomach virus going around and this is pretty much the symptoms. Sometimes with an upset stomach it does not seem to affect them until it has a chance to digest and get into the stomach after eating. He may possible also be having some gastrointestional problems as well so it would be good to monirot this closely and if he is not any better you should have him seen for a full examination. You are feeding him the best things that you can in this case with the bananas, rice, and water. Some warm chicken broth and pedialyte would be good as well to keep dehydration down. But yes this is part of the stomach virus that has been going around for the last couple of months and in most cases it is not accompanied by a fever.
