my 3 yr old grandaughter is growing way too fast. last yr ...

my 3 yr old grandaughter is growing way too fast. last yr at this same time she was in the 70 percentile & weighed 28 now she is in the 97 percentil and weighs 51 she is 41 in. tall what could make this change so soon. also does not rest good at all day or night?
