You definitely need to see your doctor. Most likely he/she will refer you to a specalist for further studies.

It sounds like your problems are more digestive related than kidney related, however it could be kidney stones as you suspect. Because you seem to have this problem fairly often, it is less likely. Instead, I have a feeling you are suffering from IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) or a similar digestive problem.

Unfortunately you may need to undergo a few tests to figure out what exactly the problem is. However, given the severity of the pain, it is very important you are seen as soon as possible.
