I have stomach pain after almost every meal, I have a good diet for the most part, eliminating most junk.. I try to limit simple carbs and dairy, and try not to eat late at night. The pain I get feels like digestive pains, and I get alot of bloating, and gurgling. Could this be IBS? It really limits my fun and breaks up my day when dealing with pain after a meal, it's like my stomach is stopped up with junk, and I do occasionally depend on laxitives. but I don't want to get into this habit.

I try to get regular exercise, lately my life has become crazy, but i make sure I walk or run at least 3- 4 times a week. Any suggestions?

It could be related to IBS or it could be a peptic ulcer or a problem with your gallbladder as well. You should try a colon cleanser to see if this seems to help as this can help to eliminate alot of digestive issues and clean the colon and digestive tract so this is something I highly recommend. They can be found at most all local drug stores and needs to be performed as soon as possible. It could also be related to a peptic ulcer so I would also recommend some Prilosec OTC to see if this seems to help with the pain after meals and also try eating a bland diet of cooked rice, cottage cheese, boiled chicken or beef, chicken soup, or dry toast or crackers as this will help to eliminate alot of the problems you are experiencing after meals. Avoid any greasy or spicy foods which can aggravate this problem until further evaluation has been performed.
