What does it mean when a girl has normal (non-painful) periods, but one day has severe cramps that cannot be relieved even with a heating pad, lower back pain, heavy bleeding with clots and bluish/gray skin in it? Then her periods resume as normal with no other episode like that even into her adulthood? Could that "episode" have been a miscarriage?
