genital warts?

I was diagnose with Genital warts about 5 yrs. ago, was treated & haven't seen them since. My current boyfriend now that I've been with for 1 yr. has about 10 small bumps on the area where the pubic hair grows. They are small, skin color like, almost white & are only in this area. He started out with 1 about a month ago & now has a few more that popped up within the past week. I don't have anything like that on myself. Could this be genital warts or skin tags, or something else? Could he have contracted the warts from me & is it possible that I wouldn't have any signs of them but he still got them? Please help. Thank you!
