While the pain could be an indication of many problems -- when combined
with the visible bulging of the vein -- common sense would indicate
that some blockage and/or weakness might be involved.
Whatever the exact cause -- the symptoms may signal a serious problem
and should not be ignored. You need to have a doctor check this
out.
Please don't put it off -- make an appointment with your doctor as soon as you can.
