IMPRESSION-1.mild herniation of disc material to the right at the c4-c5 level. there is associated posterior osteophyte formation at this level.2.diffuse degenerative disc changes at all levels with a decrease in water content.3.scattered bony degenerative changes and resultant mild neural foraminal narrowing bilaterally at c5-c6 level and on the left at the c6-c7 level/ so can you please tell me what does this mean ion english.mark shores
