yeast infection

I recently had a yeast infection about 8 days ago and my doctor gave me Diflucan, but the pharmacy gave me the generic form of it, it took about 4 days for the symptoms to ease up. My vagina stopped itching but my lips of my vagina still itches a little, what can this mean?
