Positive ANA tests

I was diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia, but I had a positive ANA test,(2 actually)...It was my understanding that you to be diagnosed w/ Fibromyalgia or CFS you could not have any positive tests come back...Is it possible for it to be positive and just have fibromyalgia?
