Itchy rash on legs

I was at a bbq on Sunday and on Monday morning I woke up with this itchy rash on both of my legs from my ankles to the top of my thighs.I have been using calamine lotion and it relieves the itching temporarily.What could these bites be?Fleas,mosquitoes?Please help me.

Is it an all over rash? Or are there definite bites. What area of the country to you live in? This will help me pin down my answer.

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.The rash is only on my legs.It starts around the top of my foot and is scattered up to my thighs.It is mostly on the backs of my legs only a few on the front.I live in Ft. Lauderdale,Florida.
