I've been having stomache spams in the same spot just below the breast bone for over a week. No pain, just strange spasms consistently about every 3-5 minutes. I also have very bad heartburn and acid reflux, but that is fairly normal for me. Do you think the spasms are anything to be worried about?

I would make it a point to have a thorough check up with my family doctor.
If over the counter medications do not work for your heartburn i would try asking your doctor for a prescription for Nexium as it works very well for me.
If you are taking medication the spasms could be a reaction to the medication or you could have pulled a muscle and not have realized it.
