Low Cortisol/Possible Addisons Disease???????

My cortisol level is .7. The blood was drawn on 7/12 at 10:10 am. I have been feeling very sick and have been waiting for my doctor to refer me to an endocrinologist. With a cortisol level so low could it be dangerous? I have no idea what my diagnosis is but I know I am not well. Is time of the essence in a situation like this?
