after breast removal surgery

after breast removal surgery,(1 month ago) it now looks like my breast is growing back. No pain or discharge. Is this normal?

You might have some fluid build up under the skin, or edema, which is fluid build up in the tissues. Did you have a drain when you first came out of surgery? Sometimes fluid continues to build up over time.

I would call the doctor if it is painful, or if you start to run a fever, otherwise, be sure to bring it up at your next visit.
