I just started Lupron shots on August 4th, and my doctor told me not to engage in any intercourse ...but this was told to me after he removed my IUD...Isn't Lupron supposed to shut down the overies?? And if so, why can't I have intercourse?? Do I still need to use protection against pregnancy?
