I have a constant problem with my sinuis I have not been able to blow my nose and get any thing out of it for 2 years all I can do is snort in and swallow mucus than I have to try and cough it up it starts to choke me and my nose feels like it is filling up and gets conjested I can not get any rest and I have been perscribed Flonaze, which didn.t help now I haveRhinocort fo 2 months and it doesn't help either could I have a paloup?
