leg sick infection

Hi,
My name is Diane 2 weeks ago I came down with sinus infection, which turned into phenumonia. I went to the doctor he gave me a decudron(steroid)shot, and a shot of antibiotics(can't remember the name). Well I have not gotten any better, matter of fact I have a hiatial hernia, and I've been deathly sick with it since the shots, plus Im having leg pains and numbness of my feet and hands. I have diarreha, and it is very painful everytime I got to the bathroom. I don't know if all of this is together or seperate, all I know is I'm very sick and need to be well. Any advice would be of great value to me.

Your many and worsening symptoms (along with your pneumonia) are impossible to try and diagnose over a computer and require face-to-face examination by your doctor as soon as possible.
