y do i have a open sore that feels like a lump in the area between my scrotum and ructum

Hi

The only way to tell for sure would be to see a doctor. What I think it could be may not be right because I can't see it.

It sounds like you could have a cyst there which has gotten infected. In males, this can be dangerous in that the tubes from the scrotum to the penis, as well as the tube from the bladder to outside the peinis are very near the area where you describe the cyst to be.

I recommend you see a doctor about this. Further infection could cause damage to your fertility or even your ability to urinate.
