pain old male

I am a male, 55 years old, and do not smoke. Recently I have been having swelling in my joints, pain and heaviness in my legs, shortness of breath when under stress or walking up stairs. I have also been having increased headaches and pain in my sinuses. I have old occupational injuries in my spine and hands that are flaring up and making life difficult. Any suggestions? I take hydrocodone, Keppra, and Protonix. Hydrocodone for chronic pain, Keppra for a seisure two years ago, and Protonix for chronic acid stomach.
