recent echocardiographic report showedmild concentric left ventricular hypertrophy amd iam scared to death as when i was released from hospital they told me nothing about this should i be woried as thefinal impression showed well preserved leftventicular ejection fraction,no evidence of significant regional wall motion abnormalities. 2 no evidence of aortic,mitral,tricuspid or pulmonic regurgitations. please help as iam totally confused
