my baby is 5 weeks old. I breast feed, and during the nights, she seems to squell and move around alot. She holds her breath and squeezes because she has to pass gas and cant get it out. I have asked her doctor and they tell me to cut out dairy. I have, but she still continues to do this, the past couple of nights have been the worst. She doesnt cry that much, she is just very uncomfortable. I asked them about Mylacon gas relief, and they said she has to wait until she is 2 months. Is there anything else I can do?
