There is something that is supposed to be available called Oxy-Med. How effective it is, that I am not sure.
There are several type of genital warts, so if you are not sure of what type your husband has, I would suggest not using it. There are usually safe options for removal, but as I stated unless you know for sure they are genital warts and what type using any OTC medication could cause more harm than good. (such as damage to his penis along with serious infection)
