I have a problem with going to the bathroom. The past several weeks I have been in a lot of pain in the lower right hand side of my back. It is hard to walk, sit down, bend down and move any direction. I am also finding I am retaining water more so than usual. I didn't know if this could be due to not going to the bathroom or maybe have something to do with my kidneys. I took a laxative last night and have gone several times, but it has not relieved the pain any. What do you think I should do? I hate to cry wolf and it not be anything of concern.
