I have chronic pain in my lower right back, right buttocks, right calf and the right foot. I have seen two doctors who have told me two different things. One says that I have to crushed discs, the other says I have only one that has narrowed. They both agree that my sciatic nerve is being pinched and that I have a curve in my spine to the right. I am 26 years old and just want the pain to end. Neither doctor has offered much advice beyond muscle relaxers and pain killers. But even those are losing their effect and I don't want to be on stronger and stronger pain killers for the rest of my life. What should my next move be?
