My girlfriend swallowed a small shard of glass, what should we do? Will it hurt her? What should we look for as signs of a problem?

Hi Bob

I would suggest you give her doctor a call tonight and see what he/she says. It could pass without a problem, or it could cut things up pretty good. there's no way to tell. If the glass has any metal in it, it may show up on an x-ray and be monitored that way.

If you give a call tonight, a doctor will call you back.
