I am 8 weeks pregnant, and found out i have a cyst on the baby's umbilical cord. The doctor said no big deal with no worse case senerio. But when I researed the net, I got a different answer. The info I read said cysts where linking to birth defects. I am concerned that he is not doing any follow up on the cyst to see it it remains, or what kind of cyst it is (true or false). What are the dangers of the cyst!! please help, I need straigh answers
