It certainly doesn't hurt to have a regular physical. Once a year is a great idea. They will most likely draw blood to check that, listen to your heart and lungs, ask you if you are having any troubles. They may do a testiclular exam (cough) type thing just to check for abnormalities there. When you get older they will want to do more extensive testing such as colonoscopy and such, but you don't have to worry about that yet.
When you call to make the appointment just tell them you would like to schedule a physical. They will know what to do after that.
