Hi Customer (name blocked for privacy)

Try putting ice on it and laying down. If heat works better, use heat. Change your position until you find one that it doesn't hurt. If this doesn't help, you may want to consider going to the ER. They will help you with your pain.

I'm in excruciating pain nor cold or heat helps me. I've gone to a rhemutologist and he prescribed Percosec (controlled substance) and even that didn't help. I'm still waiting for the doctor to return my call (it's only been 2 days)!!

Anyway, I heard of an epidural shot in the spine. Will this help? And if so, how can I go about getting one? Because I guess this so-called doctor isn't going to call me back.

Thank you,

Listen, don't charge me anything. It's taking too long for a reply. I guess no one knows what to say (some EXPERTS).

All I wanted to know is about the epidural? Maybe because of what I said about the doctor, but the truth is the truth!! If a person does not have the ability to help a person in pain then that person shouldn't be charged any fees.
