my 2months olds penis has swollen skin around it and

my 2months olds penis has swollen skin around it and the area doctor tells me not to worry its fine but if something was wrong nothing can be done until hes a year old anyway but ive never seen a circumsion with that after please help

If it looks sore and inflammed you can try some antibiotic ointment on the area and see if that helps, or some hydrocortisone cream. Or you can mix both in equal parts and see if the inflammation decreases.

but it seems like there is fluid in it. and my family doctor seems concerned because in all his years he said hes never seen that before and hes been in the business since my mom was a teen (30 plus years)
