I am a healthy 21 year old with good diet and exercise. I seem to have almost constant vulva itching. I was diagnosed with herpes type 1 that usualy effects oral areas, however, in my case it is genital. I was suprised when I found out because my sexual partner doesn't have herpes but did occationally get cold sores, however, I never recieved oral sex. Maybe from toughing? Doctors told me that I would feel a tingling when I was going to beak out. I only have "broken out" twice and it is never more than one sore. It is never a tingle, but my entire vulvular area itches then cracks. Could this be a miss diagnosis? Maybe vulvitis? I read that those sores from vulvitis are sometimes mistaken for herpes. Any help would be great! Thanks!
