Sent to Health Experts December 02 11:30 PM

I noticed that once in a while my tongue gets small ulcers, gets swollen and I'm unconfortable swallowing..I went to see an ear/nose/throath Dr. and he put me on Nexium for acid reflux..but there has been no change. Recently I noticed that this happens after I have intercourse with my fiance, without having had oral sex..can this be possible or what else could be causing this problem in my mouth...it comes and goes..
What can you recommend. Thanks
