I am having lazy eyes(Amplyopia) on my left eye. Now i am 23 years old. 4 years back only i found this problem and consulted the doctor. He told we can’t improve the vision but we can maintain what now u r seeing. But i can’t able to see anything far away, though i had no problem in seeing in right eye. They also advised to wear contact lens without any patching or vision therapy. And i am wearing this contact lens(+2.5) for more than four years. But my only doubt is whether my right eye will also get blurred like left eye. any possibilities for that. If so, how to recover from that. Since i am a software engineer i will at in front of computers for more hours. What will be its impact? Whether i should wear o contact lens to maintain ny vision on left. I am wearing contact lens for only one eye(left 6/36). My right eye is 6/6. I am using semi-soft gas preamble lens. How long this lens must be used? whether it should be replaced every year like that or some other it has some other factors? Plz give suggestion for it.
