I noticed some small, BB sized pimple type bumps around my anus. they aren't sensitive to the touch but I am wondering if they could be pre-cancerous palups? I had one a few months ago and treated with hot wet cloth. discharge was white, non runny, fecal-smelling... This has me pretty scared I am 56 year old male with NO history of anal sex, a negative aids test, etc. I intend to go to the VA for a checkup soon and will ask them about this also. I'm now an ex-smoker for the last 5 years, normal bloodpressure, seldom drink alcohol, drink too much coffee, and am physically active and 155 pounds and 5' 10"
