Yes, it is very possible. In the first month of my fiance's pregnancy, she still had the same vaginal discharge of blood . . . I don't exactly know why this happened, but I know that it did.
If you think you may be pregnant, get an HPT test from your drugstore (or whatever brand you like) but to truely be sure, you should go see a doctor . . . he or she will be able to tell you for sure.
