someone is projecting on my children and i and see camera and flashing with lazer pointer and we feel pain and are hair is falling out and we know someone is doing this to use how much damage can it cause a person health i have talk to the poice and they can seem to find anything i have also talk to people who deal with lazer lights and projection and they said it could burn the image into a person and do a lot of harm can you give me any advice thank you
