I am a 45 year old woman who has had abnormal bleeding off and on for the last 3 months. I just went to the doctor who had a vaginal ultrasound done. The doctor's office called me three times and I finally got ahold of them today. They said I needed to see them soon. I asked for the results and was told they could not do this over the phone. When I asked how soon I needed to be seen, they said sometime this month. I made an appointment for 2 days from now, but I am going crazy. Would they put me off for a month if it was ovarian cancer?
