Could this be the cause of my discharge

I been with the same person for 11 months now, we have been only having sex with one another only, I have asked several times and the answer has been, the same he's monogamous. and sure I am.
so we had sex on Sunday mornig quick I was inside him for a short time and we didn't use a condom done this for longer time before. on Monday morning I had a discharge sort of green and today still comming out. He told me that morning that he wasn't clean,I usually urinate when I finish but I remenber I din't this time.could this be a infection for him not being clean or was he infected before?
