My 14 year old son has not been feeling well. He had a cough for a day or two and then last Friday complained of pain in his right side near his ribs. The pain sometimes was felt in his back. I made calls to go see our doctor who wasn't available. I asked my son about going to the clinic but he decided to wait it out and see what happened over the weekend. It is now late Saturday night and he has developed a rash over his face, chest and back. All he has taken is some ibuprophen and one dose of OTC Delsym which he has taken in the past with no reaction. He has had Chicken Pox and is immunized for Measles. Is this something serious? I don't want to wait until Monday and have an emergency on our hands.
